Easter will be here very soon and I know that sometimes it can be tough to know what to get infants. For me I went back and forth in my head between knowing that they had no clue what was going on and feeling guilty if I didn't do enough for them. I finally decided that with babies who don't care if they get a gift or not (because they really have no idea what that is), it's best to do something practical. For me, that usually meant an outfit, a toy, a book, their favorite snack, and an egg with some money to put in their piggy bank.
For Stella, that usually means a dress or cute pajamas, any book (she LOVES books), a horse or dinosaur toy (although Bluey is giving them a run for their money now), and candy. Last year John Lane was only a couple months old so he got an outfit, a book, a piggy bank, and a lovey. I really think a lovey is something that is perfect for an infant's Easter basket. It's small but something they can use for a long time.
