Personalization Policy

We offer a variety of items that are able to be embroidered. If the option to embroider is not shown on the product page, that means that item is not able to be embroidered (usually due to the type of fabric).

All embroidered items are non returnable, unless you provide proof of a mistake on our end. However, we are always happy to work with you if you need something changed or updated! Please allow an additional 3-4 days of processing time for all embroidered orders.
