Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all continental US orders of $40 or more, and a flat fee of $6 for orders of $39.99 and below. Additionally, there will be multiple shipping options offered at checkout if you choose expedited shipping. These rates are calculated by the shipping carrier.

***Beginning 4/9/24, Stella Lane Boutique will be offering a range of items via a program called Shopify Collective. This means that we can list products on our website for sale but they will ship directly from their manufacturer. These items do not apply to our free shipping policy and will be charged a flat rate of $4.50 regardless of the order value.***

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidered/personalized items unless the customer can supply proof of a mistake on the end of Stella Lane Boutique. In that case, we are happy to do what we need to correct the mistake. All items, with the exception of personalized items, will be shipped within one business day of your purchase. Please allow 3-4 business days for embroidered items to ship.
