Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for return. If a customer has an issue with the quality of a product, they must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the issue. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. To help ensure that you select the correct item, please make use of the size charts, which can be found in the product photos. If a size chart is not available, email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. Doorbusters and all items in the clearance section are final sale. To request a return/exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We charge a flat rate of $5 for return shipping.
If you purchased an item prior to 11/22/23 the return policy listed on your packing slip applies to your order. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions.
